1. Free Trial — Try Before You Pay

Every new account receives a free trial with 30 AI messages and 7 days of access. This allows you to fully test the platform — connect your WhatsApp, train your bot, and see results — before making any payment.

The free trial has no monetary value and is not eligible for refund, credit, or compensation. It is a one-time offer and does not reset.

2. Paid Subscriptions — No Refunds

Since we provide a free trial to evaluate the Service, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. By upgrading to a paid plan, you confirm that you have tested the Service and are satisfied with its functionality.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain full access to paid features until the end of your billing period
• No partial-month or pro-rated refunds are issued

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Technical issues on our end that prevented you from using the Service for an extended period
• Duplicate charges due to billing errors
• Unauthorized charges on your account (subject to investigation)

Exceptional refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at our sole discretion. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.

5. Exclusions

• Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
• WhatsApp bans or restrictions imposed by Meta — these are outside our control
• Service interruptions caused by third-party providers (WhatsApp, Google Gemini)
• Free trial messages (no monetary value)
